    Onsite visit with the leadership team to better understand your business, culture, and the type of candidate needed to be successful.

  • Create Company Profile

    Working collaboratively, we create a summary of your business and the open position for presentation to the candidates during the recruiting process to assist in their evaluation of your opportunity.

  • Search

    We conduct a thorough search and vetting of the market place to find the most qualified and interested slate of candidates for your review. During this stage, we hold weekly meetings with you to provide an update on our progress and to ensure we stay on track to meet your targeted timeline.

  • Candidate Submittal

    We present a full package of information on each candidate we submit to you including resume, candidate data sheet outlining qualifications, cultural and career stage fit, and any potential gaps.

  • Coordinate Interviews

    We handle all of the coordination throughout the interviewing process to ensure interviews are scheduled, expectations from both sides are met, and the process is as smooth and timely as possible.

  • Negotiate Offers

    Once a final candidate is selected we provide support throughout the offer process to ensure a competitive package is presented and accepted.

  • Ongoing Support

    We stay in contact with the newly hired executive throughout the early stages of employment to ensure the arrangement is meeting expectations for both sides.
