You will ultimately be groomed for the VP IT position and must have the leadership skills and fortitude to stand up to Operations to ensure consistencey between APP Dev / Ops.
Requirements
* 5 years management experience
* Experience with minimum of 2 implementations of Warehouse Management Systems - understanding of how to Design and Validate processes.
Software Selection experience (currenlty VB.Net)
Strong understanding of SDLC and how to drive the process and enforce it.
Documentation/Communication skills a must
Experience creating documentation and communicating it with vendors
(+) Logistics / Transportation experience
