As an established Midwestern US-based consulting provider, our successful off-shore model includes a collaboration of both on-shore and off-shore resources.  On-shore project management remains engaged throughout the entire project and serves as a liaison between the client and the off-shore team. We typically begin an engagement with a small on-shore team for the Project Definition, Analysis and Design phases. Once the requirements and designs are approved by the client, the work shifts to our off-shore team under the oversight of the on-shore project manager.
