He is an entrepreneur with excellent sales and business management experience. Prior to founding Theoris, Mike served as the development director for the founding team of an international computer consulting company where he was responsible for new business acquisition and customer satisfaction. He received his BS from Indiana State University and his MA in Organizational Management from Fielding University. | |

| Chief Financial Officer George Huntley has over 25 years of financial management experience, including over 12 years in a chief financial officer role. George’s career has spanned a number of industries such as software, manufacturing and information technology in companies ranging from start-ups to $150 million. George joined Theoris in 2001 and has responsibility for all financial, human resource and administrative functions. In 2009, George also serves as the national chair of the board for the American Diabetes Association. Huntley is a CPA and received his BA in business administration from Wittenberg University. | |

| Vice President & General Manager, Theoris, Inc. David Probst has over 28 years of sales, sales management and general management experience in the information technology industry. David spent 15 years with a large internationally known systems integrator and the remainder of his career with two regional industry leaders in IT professional services and technology-based products. David has been with Theoris for over 10 years and has day to day management responsibility for the company’s IT Consulting practice as well as strategic account development. David has a BA from Ball State University. | |

Dale has spent the majority of his career working for global management consulting and technology service companies with increasing levels of responsibility across several roles: software developer, technical architect, project/program manager, and management consultant. Dale joined Theoris in 2007 and has service delivery management responsibilities in the company’s IT Consulting & Software divisions. Dale has both a BA (Computer Science/Business) and MBA from Anderson University. | |

| President, Theoris Software, LLC Brian Koch brings 20 years of software industry expertise to his role as president of Theoris Software, LLC. Brian’s career has spanned a variety of industries including healthcare, software, manufacturing, consulting, and information technology in companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations. Prior to joining Theoris, Brian was responsible for all aspects of IT operations and strategy for a large Fortune 500 company. He also led the creation of niche software product companies in the healthcare and finance industries. He launched a specialized IT consulting company, and also ran a public IT contracting firm. Brian received his BS in Decision Sciences from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. |
