Michael Cunningham
Chief Executive Officer, President and Founder
Michael Cunningham founded Theoris (formerly Software Synergy Inc.) in 1984 with a vision of software that would move companies beyond the limitations of traditional business intelligence. Prior to founding Theoris, Michael served as the development director for the founding team of an international computer consulting company where he was responsible for new business acquisition and customer satisfaction. Cunningham received his BS from Indiana State University and his MA in organization management.

George Huntley
Chief Financial Officer
George Huntley brings over 20 years of financial management history to Theoris, including 10 years in a chief financial officer role. George has experience in a number of industries such as software, heavy goods manufacturing and information technology. Prior to joining Theoris, Mr. Huntley served as chief financial officer for United Pentek, Inc., a $28 million material handling systems manufacturer. Huntley received his BA in business administration from Wittenberg University.

Bruce Newcome
Chief Technology Officer and General Manager
Bruce Newcome is an internationally-recognized authority in the information technology industry. He brings over 30 years of executive management and consulting experience and has served at the executive level for one of the world’s largest systems integration consulting firms. Bruce is responsible for the overall technical vision for Theoris as well as direct sales, service, quality and delivery of the company’s offerings. Newcome received his BS in computer science from Purdue University.

Terry Spartz
Vice President & General Manager, Maetrics, LLC.
Terry Spartz is responsible for an independent consultancy focused on the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotech industries. Leveraging twenty years of Theoris experience in Life Sciences, Terry leads a rapidly growing company that provides strategic services focused internationally on regulatory compliance, quality, technology, and training. Terry is a former partner with an international consulting firm and brings over twenty years of executive management and consulting experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and a wide variety of other industries. Terry has a BA from Louisiana Tech University.
