Skills required:
1. 5+ years of fast paced, pressure packed Project Management
- Managing Project Scope, Schedule, and Resources
- Monitoring of project execution, implementation and necessary ongoing support
- Collection and reporting of project status, issues and metrics.
- Management of deliverables and client and resource expectations
- Motivating team members, providing mentoring and coaching
- Running concurrent project
2. Superior Soft skills - mature, bright
3. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
4. Someone who has both formal and informal methodolgy background - can't have someone who is going to get frustrated with their lack of structure but someone who can also help them with structure
4. Primary: Web based software development projects (prefer .Net projects) - including planning, task management, leadership and mentoring in full life cycle (charter, architecture, development, testing ...
