Senior Systems Engineer

This person is going lead a very small team ( 1 low level system admin and 2 temps). This person will be groomed for larger management roles, however, the client needs someone extremely technical versus someone who is less technical and more management.
This person needs to feel comfortable "owning" the system.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience
Strong Microsoft background(MSCE a plus, not required)
VM Ware
Server Virtualization experience
Server Maintenance/Installation
SQL 2005/2008
Networking experience - will be managing a small farm of 20 servers (CNE is a plus, not required)
(+)Experience leading a small HD team
Experience with system processes and procedures
Experience with system Security and troubleshooting
Experience with system monitoring
MS Exchange experience
