Requirements
- 2+ years of test automation experience - no specific tool is required although they woudl prefer a commercially available tool (Mercury, Rational, Computer Associates, etc) vs a homegrown tool.
- 5+ years of testing experience
- Needs to understand testing practices, principles, and overall theory and must be able to communicate that
- Must be able to fluently describe functional, integration, regression testing terms.
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must have a Computer Science or equivalent degree
