Requirements
5-7 years of extensive testing experience
3+ years of Director Level experience in Software Quality
- Full life cycle of experience and expertise - integration testing, systems testing, regression testing, performance testing, etc.
- Must have a strong technical understanding of sophisticated infrastructure environments (clustered, multiple servers, stress testing, SOA oriented)
- Experience needs to be specific to Software Quality - NOT release mangement quality, change control quality
- Need test automation experience both hands on and leadership - no specific tools but would like for the toolset to be a industry package tool vs homegrown
